GDPR-compliant data protection
Configurable per screen: public corridor displays show only the room status, internal displays can show the meeting title and organiser. All data on EU servers, DPA as standard.
Single sign-on with Azure AD and Okta
SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta and Google Workspace SSO. Employees log in with their existing company credentials.
Offline resilience
If the connection drops, displays keep the last known status. Local caching mechanisms sync bookings automatically afterwards.
Tamper-proof audit logs
Every booking, extension, release and configuration change is logged with timestamp and device ID. Export to SIEM systems such as Splunk or Microsoft Sentinel.
